Runtastic is obliged to inform you about how many legitimate and how many unjustified requests for deletion, information and "do not sell my data" have been received in the past year. In addition, information must also be provided about the average handling time of these requests. Since we generally do not sell data, we do not receive valid "do not sell my data" requests. In this section, we therefore provide the relevant information. Please note that these refer exclusively to requests of such users who have indicated the USA as country of residence.
